Your wedding day is the day you have been waiting your whole life for. From scrapbooking your 10-year-old self's dreams at a sleepover to pinning ideas to your Wedding Planning Pinterest Board just to make sure everything turns out as beautiful and magical as you always imagined. It is difficult to describe in words what we actually capture as wedding photographers, but in simple terms, I want to tell your fairytale story. Our aim is to capture your Happily Ever After in a way that you can pass down for generations and it will forever be a timeless love story.

Engagement Session
2.
This is when the magic happens! After working together to choose the most amazing outfits to show off you and the perfect locations to compliment your relationship, we will spend an hour together to shoot your engagement photos! During our session, the only thing you need to do is to love each other. I will coach you through the entire shoot and make sure you have the best time and look beautiful while doing it. This is a time for us to really get to know one another and allows you to get comfortable in front of a camera before your wedding day!
Booking & Planning

Upon inquiry, you will receive my bridal pricing guide with everything any anything you need to know about pricing and package options and a little of what its like to work with me! Once we’re officially official and you are fully booked with me, we will begin planning all of the fun details for your engagement shoot and begin talking about your wedding day ideas! You will also receive the one-of-a-kind Kelsey Alex Bridal Guide that is jam packed with 40+ pages of great tips and tricks of what to wear for your engagement session, how to structure your timeline, how to get ready for your big day and so much more!
Final Detail Meeting

As your wedding day gets closer, I will be available at any time to help with anything and everything you need - vendor recommendations, planning suggestions, outfit ideas, timeline preparation, and anything else you may have questions about. When we are just a few weeks out, we will plan either an in person or video chat to finalize all the little details like timelines and answer last-minute questions. Thanks to this meeting, you can wake up on your wedding day knowing everything is going to be perfect and ready to marry that man of your dreams!
Wedding Day

Your big day is finally here!! My goal on your wedding day is to ensure that it is as easy, stress-free, and everything you ever dreamed of. My team and I will be there to capture every special moment and unique detail, from beginning to end, so that you have timeless memories to last for generations to come.
Gallery Delivery Day

After your wedding day I go through every image taken and relive your magical day all over again. I carefully inspect and edit each image to make them perfectly showcase your love story. You can expect to receive your finished gallery approximately three - eight weeks following your wedding day. Your beautifully displayed online gallery is where you are able to download, share and print all of the high-resolution digital files. They are backed up for 5 years online, so your gallery won’t disappear on you! You will also have an easy-to-use mobile app so that you can keep your photos with you wherever you are.
Album Planning

If you choose a wedding package with a custom designed album or decide to add one on after your wedding day, we will begin the album design process after your receive your digital gallery. I will work with you to create beautifully designed spreads, choose cover options and finalize details for your album before it’s printed for you and your family to re-experience the magic over and over.

My goal is to be close friends by the time your engagement session comes around and family by your wedding day. I want to be a PART of your big day. Celebrating every moment with you and tearing up during your ceremony because I love you two so much. I take the time to truly build close relationships with each one of our clients because I don't want to be another vendor at an event. My clients have become my closest friends and I wouldn't change that for the world. In order to give each of our couples the time they deserve, I only take on a select number of weddings each year because I want to be a part of it all.
Elopements
Traveling as far as your love desires
There is no distance too far for Kelsey Alex Photography. Let us travel for your forever after!
Our elopement packages are multi day travel experiences. We want to be with you every step of the way, from planning sunset cruises in Key West for a welcome party, to permits for State Parks, to hiking to the tops of Hawaiian mountains with bottles of champagne for your first toast as a married couple.

An engagement experience to practice your celebrations and cherish your Engagement
A Full day Adventure Engagement Session is the full KAP pre wedding experience. These sessions are more than the typical engagement session and allow us to truly bond and celebrate your relationship before the big day. This is the time where I will coach you on movement prompts, flattering angles, and compositions all while getting to know you and your partner before your wedding day! By the end of your session, you and your partner will have all the tips and tools to making pictures on your wedding day go smooth and painless. My goal is for you to be entirely immersed in your wedding day, and booking an Adventure Engagement Session is the ideal way to do so.
